PARKING: Behind the building - driveway is off of St. Vincent St. N
Our lot is small, so please be courteous and leave room for others.

FLAT ENTRANCES

Flats 1 & 2 are through the doorway next to the mural.

Flats 3, 5, 6 & 7 are through the middle door way.

Flat 4 is through the doorway closest to the driveway, marked with a 4.

Flat 9 is through the door way facing the yellow house and the driveway off of Huron St., marked with a 9.
Flat 10 is through the door way facing Huron St, marked with a 10.

DOOR CODES

Your door code is unique to you and will work on all doors that you have access to with your reservation. 
Your door code become active at our check-in time of 4PM or if we've sent you a text to let you know that your flat is ready. Your door code expires at 11AM on the day of your check-out. 

UNLOCKING/LOCKING YOUR DOOR

UNLOCK: Press the YALE button at the top of the keypad.
Enter your unique code followed by the checkmark.

LOCK: Press the YALE button.

HOTEL RULES

• No smoking or vaping on Hotel Julie premises

• Quiet hours between 10PM & 6AM

• No pets

• Any items damaged or taken without permission will be charged to your credit card within 48 hours of check-out. 

• 1 parking spot per flat (contact us if you need more parking)

• Motion detected security cameras are located at each entrance as well as the parking lot.
